At SEMICON TAIWAN 2024, ASIAICMP presented advanced solutions for chemical supply systems in high-tech factory facilities. The 2024 SEMICON conference, themed “Breaking Limits: Powering the AI Era,” attracted global semiconductor industry leaders. A special “AI Semiconductor Technology Pavilion” was introduced, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and products from leading semiconductor companies, becoming a major highlight of the event. Additionally, the conference continued to focus on smart manufacturing and sustainable development, exploring how technological innovation can drive industry upgrades and transformation. This trend aligns closely with ASIAICMP's core philosophy of smart factories. The company also unveiled its latest achievements in the field, particularly breakthroughs in automation technologies for chemical liquid supply systems during the material intake stage.

ASIAICMP devolved themselves in providing high-tech factory facilities for the semiconductor industry and is an expert in the design and construction of chemical liquid supply systems. With 27 years of experience, ASIAICMP has successfully completed multiple semiconductor plant projects globally, consistently advancing the automation of manual operations involving chemical barrels. ASIAICMP's latest innovation, the iChemLid system, can handle automated processes for 300L chemical barrels, significantly reducing the risks of manual operations through automated lid opening, precise liquid extraction, and other key functions, thereby greatly improving production efficiency and operational safety.

The iChemLid system is an innovative automation solution designed to enhance operational safety, data management, and precision in semiconductor facilities. With its vision for unmanned factory operations, the system collects more accurate data, which can then be utilized by the customer’s AI-powered management systems for precise factory control, fully aligning with the future goals of smart factories. Additionally, the iChemLid system is integrated into the Slurry Delivery System (SDS), combining critical components such as dead-angle-free valves, quick couplings, and filter housings to ensure efficient and stable system operations. These key components are manufactured in-house by ASIAICMP, highlighting their technological strength in high-tech factory facilities.

ASIAICMP's ability to produce key components for slurry delivery systems stems from its own in-house facilities equipped with several professional CNC machines. These allow for the customized development and production of components specialized for chemical and slurry systems. In July 2024, ASIAICMP expanded its production scale and capabilities by constructing two new buildings in the Hsinchu Industrial Zone, ensuring that the company can continue to deliver high-quality products and services to its clients.
