ASIAICMP's latest innovation, the iChemLid system, can handle automated processes for 300L chemical barrels, significantly reducing the risks of manual operations through automated lid opening, precise liquid extraction, and other key functions, thereby greatly improving production efficiency and operational safety.The iChemLid system is an innovative automation solution designed to enhance operational safety, data management, and precision in semiconductor facilities. With its vision for unmanned factory operations, the system collects more accurate data, which can then be utilized by the customer’s AI-powered management systems for precise factory control, fully aligning with the future goals of smart factories. Additionally, the iChemLid system is integrated into the Slurry Delivery System (SDS), combining critical components such as dead-angle-free valves, quick couplings, and filter housings to ensure efficient and stable system operations. These key components are manufactured in-house by ASIAICMP, highlighting their technological strength in high-tech factory facilities.ASIAICMP's ability to produce key components for slurry delivery systems stems from its own in-house facilities equipped with several professional CNC machines. These allow for the customized development and production of components specialized for chemical and slurry systems.
