|New entrant training

Based on employees’ learning and growth, organization development and annual operating planning to provide the training required by the organization, divisions and individuals, the Company has planned a variety of educational training courses, in an attempt to upgrade employees’ knowledge, technology comprehension and competence via training, education and development, to enhance individual and group work performance and to finally achieve the goal anticipated by the Company and its employees.

|In office professional skill training

In terms of on-the-job training, the training plan and development blueprint have been laid down according to the specific job techniques required regarding respective posts. Other than the in-house professional technique training, the Company has also sent its employees for external training as needed in actual operations, and nurtured internal qualified lecturers with professional techniques, in order to upgrade its employees’ technical skills year by year, reinforce employees’ work performance and, as a result, achieve the goal of optimizing talent capitalization.

Asia ICMP is a company majoring in high-tech semiconductor equipment and one of the few local companies applying localized technology as its core, to develop semiconductor processing equipment.
