About ASIA ICMP

Founded by its President, Shih-Hung Wang, in 1996, Asia IC Mic-process Inc. has persisted in upholding the 3S’s (Safe, Supply and Support) all along, in order to devote its efforts to creating a safe society and protecting the environment for its clients, shareholders and employees. In the future, in addition to existing major products - the Slurry Delivery System and Chemical Delivery System - Asia IC will also put stress on the planning of overall plant building, technology R&D and new product development, with the goal of becoming a leader in the industry.

1999

Start-up CMP key component parts.
1999 Start-up SDS, and first system installation.
2000 Start-up on line metrology tools.
2001 First turnkey 12” fab SDS installation.
2001 Shanghai office established and SDS install in two customers.
2002 Innovatium Technology Inc. established.
2005 Turnkey International CDS/SDS project oversea.
2006 First Turnkey Solar Cell Fab in Taiwan.
2008 ASIAICMP qualified for ISO 9001.

Company Introduction

Asia IC Mic-process Inc. started its business with CMP processing equipment. Currently, its major products include the Turnkey Slurry Delivery System, Turnkey Chemical Delivery System, and CMP-related parts and services. At the same time, Asia ICMP also provides its clients with a variety of solution schemes to meet their respective demands.
In recent years, with its excellent technology and outstanding quality, the equipment produced by Asia ICMP is highly rated by its clients, and no industrial accident has ever occurred. In addition to providing its clients with respective problem-solving solutions, Asia ICMP has placed an even higher premium on its clients’ safety.  
Asia ICMP passed the ISO-9001 accreditation in April 2008, and it is endeavoring to earn ISO-14001 and OHSAS18001 accreditations. The Company is devoted to the planning of overall plant building and development of new products, thereby fulfilling its aim to offer ever better solutions and services for its clients.
